Operations Manager Location: Office-based (Hampshire)Salary: £55,000-£75,000 + BenefitsThe OpportunityWe are looking to appoint a Practice Manager to support the operational leadership of the business.Working closely with the Director and leadership team, the Practice Manager will help oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring that people, systems and processes operate smoothly. This is a broad and varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and supporting a growing business.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the management of HR processes including contracts, onboarding, absence management and appraisalsMaintain clear reporting structures across the teamSupport the development of trainee financial plannersAct as a key point of contact for HR-related mattersOversee back-office systems and internal technologyIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and processesManage relationships with IT and software providersEnsure data integrity and system complianceSupport the business in meeting network and regulatory requirementsAct as a key operational contact for compliance-related mattersMonitor regulatory communications and ensure updates are implemented internallyMaintain internal policies and proceduresOversee the smooth running of office operationsManage suppliers, facilities and general business administrationSupport business planning and operational projectsIdentify operational risks and implement improvementsWhat We''re Looking ..... full job details .....
