Builds relationships with key partners and welcomes activity into the hotel by bringing the Moxy brand to life creating a fun environment that makes guests feel at home.Main Tasks and responsibilitiesSupports the General Manager in all aspects of the management of the hotelCustomer service, guest relations and creating positive guest experiencesRecruits and develops a team that delivers excellent service the Moxy wayEnsure a profitable hotel operation in line with company goalsManage the team effectively and enforce company policiesActively involved in the day to day tasks of the teamManaging Food and Beverage outlets the Moxy wayManage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy wayFollow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safelyPromote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programWere looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitudeGood with people and enjoy chatting with guestsSkilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great serviceClear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)Useful Experience
