Operations Manager We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a high-performing, defence-focused manufacturing environment. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across complex, mission-critical programmes.About the RoleYou will be leading daily operations within an Integrated Product Team (IPT), ensuring the successful delivery of products against quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
