The successful candidate can come from any manufacturing or engineering industry and will need experience working with manual processes. Reporting into the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategies of three sites located in Hereford and Shropshire, consisting of around 125 employees. You will oversee the company s senior leadership team to develop and install business strategies, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plants and special projects.
