Operations Manager

Linear are working alongside an estblished family run construction company based in Sheffield looking to hire a Operations Manager. Overseeing the Project Mangers and purchasing team. This role sits above our existing Project Managers and carries real responsibility: overseeing delivery, keeping costs honest, and making sure the right people are doing the right things at the right time. You''ll report directly to the Managing Director and Managing Partner and have a genuine seat at the table. If you''re an experienced operations professional, brilliant we''d love to hear from you.
