Mental Health Learning Disabilities Autism Supported Living Multi-site leadership Strategic operational role Growing provider We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing and highly regarded provider delivering supported living and complex community services for adults with Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, Autism and behaviours that challenge. This is a senior leadership opportunity for somebody with strong multi-site supported living experience and a proven background working closely with Councils, Commissioners and Local Authorities. The successful Operations Manager will act as a key operational lead across multiple services while also being the main liaison between families, Councils and operational teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care delivery across complex and highly specialised packages. This role would suit an experienced Operations Manager, Head of Care or Regional Manager with experience overseeing 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 supported living packages within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities services.
