Role: Operations ManagerLocation: Stoke-on-TrentSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum DOEOverview:We are seeking an experienced and robust Operations Manager to join our clients dynamic team based in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and improving operational processes across Production, Design and Projects. You will be responsible for leading a Senior Leadership Team, supporting business development strategies, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring successful project delivery.This role offers the opportunity to build real value and contribute to the company''s growth.
