Operations Manager

JRRL are seeking an Operations Manager for our client in Bromley. Seeking a hands-on operations leader to manage the team and run the day-to-day business.

Main Duties for the Operations Manager:

• Lead, motivate and manage staff – targets, reviews, training, and performance.
• Oversee service pipeline – manage the service engineer to ensure rapid, reliable support.
• Maintain excellent customer experience – manage review platforms, handle occasional escalations.
• Manage sales platforms and ensure listings, stock and service are consistent.
• Plan stock and supplier ordering; maintain inventory levels.
• Develop and improve systems, processes, and workflows.
• Track KPIs and report on operational and compliance standards.
• Collect and act on customer/service team feedback.

Skills and Experience for the Operations Manager:

• Proven experience in operations, or general management.
• Ideally from an SME environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Familiarity with ISO/quality/compliance (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

This role is a full-time, permanent position. The salary range reflects the candidate''s level of experience. The lower end of the band is suited for individuals who may require additional training to meet the role''s requirements, while the higher end is for candidates who possess the exact skills and experience outlined above.
