Operations Manager - Japanese Trading Company

Salary: £27,000-£32,000 per annum (depending on experience and skills) Location: London Job status: Permanent Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00 Working arrangement: Office-based, Monday-Friday Start date: ASAP Our client is a trading company specialising in unique Japanese products, and is looking for an Operations Manager to support its growing UK business. Operations Manager - Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operational activities, including stock, orders and deliveries. Manage inventory levels and ensure products are available when required. Handle purchase orders, sales orders, invoicing and delivery arrangements. Liaise with suppliers, customers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. Support the company''s E-commerce operations, including order processing, stock updates and customer enquiries. Maintain accurate product, stock and order records. Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overstock issues. Support product launches, promotions and other commercial activities. Help improve operational processes and ensure efficient day-to-day business operations. Work closely with the management team and other departments to support the continued growth of the business. Operations Manager - Requirements: Previous experience in operations, order management, supply chain, stock control or a similar role. Experience managing stock of B2C products would be advantageous.
