Operations ManagerThe Precision Manufacturing Division is a strategically important area within the Hydrasun Group. The Operations Manager will support the Divisional Manager in leading and managing the division, with key responsibilities to: Deliver the highest standards of safety, quality and service in line with company policies and divisional objectives.Ensure all KPIs, including sales, margin and cost targets, are consistently met.Develop, implement and maintain precision manufacturing capabilities in alignment with the company s overall strategy and objectives.Deputise for the Divisional Manager as required. Please note, specific responsibilities outlined below may evolve in response to changing departmental and company priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership Actively promote HSEQ standards and ensure full compliance.Demonstrate and champion Hydrasun s core values at all times.Contribute to the development of strategies for the division s continued profitable growth.Foster a positive culture both at Aviemore and across the Hydrasun Group to support business growth and achievement of company goals.Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues locally and organisation-wide to share best practises and promote best in class working methods.Deputise for the Divisional Manager as required to maintain leadership continuity and standards.
