The Role We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop our operations across East Sussex. This is a senior start-up role ideal for a commercially minded healthcare leader who thrives on building services, teams, and systems from the ground up. You will have full responsibility for operational performance, people leadership, compliance, and commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee hub operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Develop workflows suitable for a growing business.
