Operations Manager Alcester, Warwickshire £55,000 + Benefits We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business that designs, manufactures, installs and supports specialist industrial equipment for customers across the UK and overseas. Following continued growth, they are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee both production and service functions, drive operational performance, and support the next stage of the company''s development. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you''ll be responsible for leading departmental managers, improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the business continues to deliver high standards across manufacturing, service and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop both Production and Service departments, ensuring operational targets are achieved. Manage and support departmental managers, driving accountability, engagement and performance. Oversee manufacturing operations, resource planning and workflow management. Lead the field service function, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and service activities. Develop and implement robust operational processes and procedures. Manage operational budgets and resource allocation. Oversee Health and Safety, Fire Safety and company compliance requirements.
