Operations Manager

Your new company Hays are partnering with a well-established and growing organisation to appoint a General Manager to lead multiple locations across Northern Ireland.This is a senior leadership position requiring a commercially focused and operationally strong individual who can drive business performance across sales, operations, customer service, and people management.
