Operations ManagerNewly Refurbished Commercial BuildingA leading property consultancy is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead hard services and operational delivery at a flagship commercial development in the City of London.This newly refurbished, all-electric trophy asset comprises over 300,000 sq ft of prime workspace, premium occupier amenities and destination food and beverage offerings, delivering a best-in-class environment for a diverse occupier base.Working as part of an on-site management team, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the property, ensuring the highest standards across engineering services, statutory compliance, health and safety and occupier experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all hard services operations across the estateEnsure full statutory compliance and health and safety governanceManage MandE operations, plant performance and technical service deliveryOversee contractor and supply chain performance to ensure best-in-class service standardsSupport ESG initiatives and lifecycle planning across the assetManage planned and reactive maintenance programmesAssist with service charge budgetingBuild strong relationships with occupiers, clients and key stakeholdersSupport operational aspects of tenant fit-outs, mobilisation and occupationMaintain accurate compliance records, asset registers and operational documentationProactively manage operational risk, crisis management and business continuity ..... full job details .....
