restaurant, a busy meetings and events space and luxury spa.As part of Harbour Hotels commitment to develop within, this role is a stepping stone to being a General Manager, so would ideally suit a senior Head of department looking to progress into their first Operations Mng role or a first time Operations Mng looking for a larger more prestigious hotel with ambitions to become a General Manager in the future.As a 4 star hotel in the luxury lifestyle sector the ideal candidate has a good understanding of service delivery, developing teams, managing all commercial aspects of this busy and successful hotel. Leadership skills are key to this role with a strong team of department heads to motivate and inspire, ensuring all targets are met and exceeded, whilst being a true peoples champion.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel operations, that demonstrates successfully managing high volume FandB, large events and knowledge of front office, rooms and spa operations, whilst looking like a future General Manager within the luxury lifestyle hospitality sector

We have 42 bedrooms, and a relaxing subterranean HarSPA hidden in the former vault, Harbour Kitchen Restaurant, Along with our speakeasy-inspired Gold Bar, where we serve the citys finest cocktails, housed in the former bank managers office. We are one of Bristols most exceptional meeting and event venues, The hotel features three impressive, flexible rooms for any meeting, conference or event up to 400 attendees.
