Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Currys site in Newark. Working with the Senior Operations Manager, you will manage the flow of customer and supplier goods in and out of the warehouse with efficiency and care. Lead a team on shift, driving excellent service, quality standards, and full Health and Safety compliance. Collaborate with senior leadership to hit KPIs/SLAs, promote continuous improvement, and create a great place to work.This is a full-time permanent role working 4 on 4 off starting at either 06:30 or 07:00 and finishing at 18:30 or 19:00, dependent on start time.Pay, benefits and more:We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
