This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00. You''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the operation, leading a small team of 8 colleagues and ensuring it runs safely, efficiently and in line with customer and compliance requirements. Reporting to the General Manager, you''ll combine hands-on operational management with people leadership, ensuring service levels, performance targets and transport compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
