Operations Manager Purpose of the Role The Operations Manager will provide operational leadership to the manufacturing and supply chain functions whilst taking ownership of driving operational efficiency and performance across activities within supply chain, machining, logistics and the foundry, ensuring OTIF objectives are achieved. Reporting in to the General Manager, the role requires a strong manufacturing leader with a strong background and knowledge in metal manufacturing. Operations Manager Key Responsibilities Providing leadership and direction to all operational departments driving efficiencies and consistently high manufacturing performance Supporting departmental managers to help achieve their production, quality and delivery targets Own operational delivery performance across Foundry, Machining and Supply Chain functions Monitor Operational Performance against key metrics.
