Founded and led by its owner - a hands-on operator with a strong reputation for customer service and business development - the company is scaling quickly and now needs a dedicated senior operator to build out stronger systems and structure, allowing the owner to focus on client relationships and growth. This is a genuine General Manager / Head of Operations position, offering a senior right-hand role with real autonomy.
