The focus is simple: improve operational performance, engage the workforce and drive a step-change across safety, quality, delivery and productivity.This isn''t a role where you''ll be sitting behind a desk reviewing reports. You''ll be expected to be visible on the shop floor, work closely with the operational teams and turn improvement plans into measurable results.What will you be doing?You''ll take a hands-on leadership role across the manufacturing operation, with responsibility for: Improving safety, quality, delivery and productivity across the siteDriving Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement activityImproving manufacturing flow, planning and capacityIdentifying operational issues and putting practical corrective actions in placeImproving labour efficiency and manufacturing costsDeveloping stronger operational processes, systems and performance measuresBuilding ..... full job details .....
