This is a hands-on leadership role where you''ll be responsible for managing a team of around 10 permanent employees, alongside agency workers during peak periods, while driving operational efficiency, service quality and continuous improvement. The role will include:Leading and developing the Outbound Operations teamManaging an annual departmental budget of approximately 600kMonitoring KPIs, SLAs and operational performanceDeveloping and improving SOPs covering inventory, fulfilment and quality controlManaging stock accuracy, segregation and client ownership controlsSupporting new client onboarding, product introductions and stock transitionsRecruiting, coaching, mentoring and managing team membersEnsuring compliance with health and safety, legislation and company policiesIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service and operational performanceAbout you:Experience within a 3PL fulfilment, logistics or shared warehouse environmentStrong understanding of inventory management, stock accuracy and client ownership controlsExperience managing SLAs, KPIs and client performance ..... full job details .....
