A one-stop bakery supply partner, offering an extensive range of quality, handcrafted sweet bakery products.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a bakery or food manufacturing background to take ownership of daily operations, lead a passionate team, and help deliver outstanding products from batch to box.This role is based at our Head Office in Exhall, Coventry.Please note that the company are not offering sponsorship opportunities, therefore candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK to apply for this role.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading day-to-day operations across production, warehousing, baking, and packing lines.Responsibility for site Health and Safety.Managing budgets and labour for all operational cost centres.Leading on maintenance and engineering projects with the engineering team.Project manage cap ex projects as directed by the directors and general manager.Manage production scheduling to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and certification requirements (HACCP, BRCGS).Work with the quality team across product ranges, identifying and resolving issues ..... full job details .....
