Identify and challenge inefficiencies and process losses, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence. Develop a culture of success through coaching, mentoring, and strong personal leadership. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, implementing best practices across the site. Lead by example in food safety, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Oversee the production process, ensuring 100% adherence to the plan, meeting production KPIs, and minimising waste. Motivate and manage direct reports, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Continuously assess and improve operational efficiency, waste reduction, and cost-effectiveness. Key Skills of an Operations Manager: Proven operational management experience. Background in food manufacturing (bottling experience preferred but not essential). NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
