Operations Manager

A well established and award winning Principle Contractor are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will be covering sites on across the Yorkshire and East Midlands region. The company are leaders within their field and work within the Social Housing sector, providing retrofit and decarbonisation services to tenanted Social Housing properties. Reporting to the Directors of the business, you will be responsible for dealing with contracts at a high level, and assisting in the growth and continued expansion of the businessDuties will include:Manage the day to day operations of the business, but also manage best practice.Manage renewable energy contracts from pre-construction/survey, through to delivery, and aftercare stages.Managing a team which consists of several Contracts Managers and their subsequent reportsDelivering successful presentations to ClientsDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clientsPromote and maintain the highest standards of health and safetyFinancial ReportingThe successful candidate must be personable, approachable and be able to demonstrate ..... full job details .....
