This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance daily delivery with longer-term development, supporting teams, improving systems and helping to modernise working practices. You will be responsible for the effective running of operational activity across goods-in, despatch, stock control and transport. Working closely with senior management, you will ensure resources are deployed effectively, service levels are maintained and operational targets are achieved in a safe, structured and sustainable way. A key part of the role will be to lead performance through data, KPIs and reporting, while also identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and strengthen overall ways of working.
