Operations Manager

Role Summary As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our daily operations and administration, and in the long-term sustainability of the organisation. You''ll work closely with the CEO, COO and senior team to coordinate systems, support financial reconciliation, lead HR across the employee lifecycle, manage a team of 40+ volunteers, and oversee logistics across projects and teams as well as leading on the management of our online safe space. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with prior charity sector experience who is highly organised, proactive, and eager to work within a values-driven organisation building a safer and more just world.
