This an excellent opportunity to join a growing, global business currently ranking among the top one hundred companies in the industry globally.Key responsibilities for the Operations Manager:Leading the HSE Management for your area.Supporting the Production Managers in achieving the production plan and securing resources to achieve this consistently.Working with all functions to reduce risks and drive product and service right first time.Weekly sustainment and 5S checks and improvement plans of your area.Owning strategic cost improvement initiatives.Leading and driving improvement programs to enable and sustain change.Leading a team 3 and 5 Production Managers and between 45 and 85 shop floor professionals.Operations Manager experience required: Management experience in an engineering or manufacturing organisation.Proven track record delivering improved operations performance, utilising cross-functional teams.Experience deploying continuous improvement plans such as lean and six sigma, ideally with Green Belt accreditation.Ideally degree qualified or relevant leadership development programmes completed.About Elevation Recruitment GroupElevation ..... full job details .....
