This role is responsible for running the end-to-end operational delivery of a specialist property technology helping owners and asset managers maximise value from vacant properties. This role involves setting up new occupations, coordinating leases and terms of business, managing deployment of Wi-Fi/Bluetooth beacon hardware and landing pages, maintaining the operational evidence pack, coordinating council notifications, managing rate deposit and fee invoicing workflows, and keeping client/property status reporting up to date. Responsibilities: Service set-up and deployment Coordinate the practical set-up of each occupation, including confirming the property, floors/areas, occupation start date, lease/TOB status, and intended removal/vacating date where relevant.
