Operations Manager / Director, Packaging Consumables Following the successful appointment last year of a dynamic new Managing Director in the largest privately owned tape printer in Europe, we now seek to appoint an accomplished senior Operations Manager / Director as a key part of a newly structured Leadership team and their onward growth strategy. As part of a strong strategic plan for delivering leadership structure, investment and onward growth, the new Operations Manager / Director role demands an experienced, practically astute and dynamically energetic Production centric professional to lead the Operational team, with the strategic intelligence and people leadership skills to further cement their overriding passion and capability for delivering exceptional product and customer care. Responsible for a Pre Press, Scheduling and Production team (currently in excess of 30 staff across two sites), you will form part of the Company leadership team, working alongside the Managing Director. You will plan, organise, direct and control the operational function of the Business, leading the aspiration to be a world class manufacturer, with a key focus on the implementation of robust and cost effective manufacturing systems that will enable the achievement of world class performance.
