The organisation is entering an important phase of development and is looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure, accountability and continuous improvement across the site. This is a genuine opportunity to make your mark - shaping processes, developing teams and raising standards across Health and Safety, manufacturing, engineering, quality and customer service. This is not a purely compliance-led role. The business needs a practical problem-solver who can move comfortably between senior management discussions and the shop floor, identify root causes and get people aligned behind effective solutions.
