We are recruiting for the position of Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead our claims operations, shaping your area, developing new processes and strategies, and driving improvements across our Casualty (including Disease) Claims operation.Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of technical claim handling teams in Casualty, Disease, and Motor claims.Use MI to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve performance.Monitor team performance against SLAs and KPIs.Own remedial action plans from audits, customer feedback, and root cause analyses.Ensure work is evenly distributed and manage work-in-progress effectively.Manage budgets and drive revenue and cost targets.Implement change through system, process, and client improvement initiatives.Drive proactive claims handling to minimize lifecycle.Maintain data integrity within systems.Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Minimum 5 years in insurance claims leadership.Experience with organizational change and management information.Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.Understanding of regulatory issues (FSA, Data Protection, etc.).Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong presentation and influencing skills.Resilience, risk management, and leadership abilities.Benefits
