Operations Manager - Fire and Security Social HousingSalary: 50,000- 55,000Location: Bromsgrove Midlands and South-WestWorking: Hybrid + regional travelWe''re recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading social housing contractor, managing Fire, Life Safety and Security service and maintenance operations across the region.Key responsibilities:Manage engineers, subcontractors and engineering workflows.Oversee planned, reactive, remedial and small works.Ensure contractual KPIs, QHSE and HandS standards are met.Monitor performance, productivity and customer satisfaction.Support quotations and project delivery.We''re looking for:Strong technical knowledge of Fire and Security systems.Hands-on experience working with engineering teams.Previous management experience is desirable.Social Housing/Housing Association experience is advantageous, not essential.Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).Ability to pass a DBS check.Candidates must be commutable to Bromsgrove, ideally from Worcestershire, Warwickshire or the West Midlands.Interested?
