Description

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple product lines and customer requirements.

• Drive safe, efficient, and high-quality production in a high-speed, high-volume environment.

• Develop, coach, and inspire operational teams to deliver consistent performance and engagement.

• Manage complexity arising from frequent changeovers, varied product specifications, and customer demands.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across people, process, and performance.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Use operational data and KPIs to drive decision-making and performance improvement.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, and senior leadership to optimise operational outcomes
