Summary: Main job purpose: My client, a leading business are seeking a strategic and hands on Operations Manager to lead their warehousing functions. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, embedding sustainable change, and fostering an inclusive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee site daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and company standards.

• Support with design and implementation of structured change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple shifts, promoting accountability and ownership.
• Manage resource planning, ensuring effective cover across all departments
• Analyse performance data to drive improvements in key metrics such as pick rates, OTIF, and stock accuracy.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Extensive experience in a FMCG warehousing background
• High level of experience in people management processes
• Experienced in managing mid-level managers
• General Warehouse process improvement experience
• Embed new manager routines to drive performance
