Role Purpose
Oversee day-to-day operations, projects, and member services to ensure efficiency, compliance, and delivery of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for efficiency and quality.
- Lead and deliver projects, ensuring milestones and stakeholder engagement.
- Improve membership processes, systems, and communications.
- Support strategic objectives alongside senior leadership.
- Oversee governance reporting for Board/Committees.
- Manage suppliers, budgets, and financial planning.
- Support events, conferences, and CPD delivery.
- Line manage staff/contractors.
Skills & Experience
- Operations management experience in a membership body (essential).
- Strong project management (Prince2/Agile/PMP desirable).
- Budget and resource management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving ability.
- Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge of CRM/membership systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for professional development and member service.
