Operations Manager

Ready to lead operations and drive real performance improvements? We''re looking for a Production & Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of our client''s new manufacturing site in a highly regulated, quality-driven environment.

In this role, you''ll oversee daily production and warehouse operations, ensuring GMP compliance, safety, and operational excellence. You''ll track KPIs, optimise capacity, and lead Lean / Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.

You''ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead and develop a high-performing operations team
  
• Drive continuous improvement across production and warehouse processes
  
• Ensure SOPs, safety standards, and quality systems are maintained
  
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain
  
• Support new equipment and system start-ups
  

We''re looking for an experienced Operations Manager with experience in automated manufacturing and warehouse environments, knowledge of GMP and Lean methodologies, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Dutch and English communication skills are essential/
