Operations Manager

You will need to bring enthusiasm strong enough to maintain a position as a site lead on the manufacturing front. This will keep you on your toes, and will provide the level of responsibility needed to drive your career forward!

Due to size and age of business, there has never been anyone in this position before, providing a unique opportunity to build a business' operational proceedings from the ground up!

You would be department lead for Engineering which presents an incredible opportunity to grow this wing of the start up!

- £55k-£60k

- Monday-Friday - 8-5

- No night shifts or full weekend work

- 25 + 8 Holidays

- Flexibility provided if need be
