Operations Manager - RefurbishmentsWest Midlands based£80K - £95K + Car Allowance + Benefits We are working with a leading national regeneration contractor to recruit an Operations Manager to join their highly successful team based in Birmingham. The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering refurbishment projects, including roofing, cladding, and associated external works on high rise blocks. We are looking for candidates with comparable refurbishment experience on high risk buildings and live environments working for a Main Contractor. The successful candidate will have experience managing projects of £20m+. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Operations Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Manager''s, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors. This role will grow into a regional position, with further secured projects to be added to your portfolio.
