Our client, a well-established and growing civils and surfacing contractor, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring delivery is efficient, safe, and of the highest quality.The Role: As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operational performance across a range of civils and surfacing projects.
