The Operations Manager will ensure that productivity, quality, and safety targets are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations within programme scope to ensure consistent delivery of all products, spares and repairs in line with agreed lead times and cost. Generation of capacity and resource plans, liaising with the Operations Excellence Manager in developing the human, material, space and equipment resources required to meet delivery targets. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and drive actions to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
