What you’ll be doing as Operations Manager:
This role will oversee client relationships, service delivery, financial performance (PandL), and budgeting to ensure sustainable business growth. This multifaceted position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily office operations and maintaining a smooth-running workplace
- Managing the sales team and administering sales processes via email, telephone, and sales representatives
- Handling customer relations, including providing technical advice and managing any issues
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Overseeing credit control, banking, and financial administration.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Providing regular financial performance reports and insights to the Managing Director.
- Managing health and safety compliance, risk assessments, and policy accreditations.
- Implementing efficiency improvements to enhance service delivery and scalability.
- Coordinating staff relations, including organizing social events and managing leave.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager with:

- Proven experience in customer relationship management, Sales, operations, or office management.
- Strong track record in customer retention and service excellence.
- Experience in financial oversight, including PandL management and budgeting.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UK business regulations and compliance is a plus.
