This is a broad operational leadership role where you''ll be responsible for both the day-to-day running of the operation and the continued development and performance of the business unit both commercially and operationally.Working closely with the senior leadership team, you''ll lead a practical, hands-on shop floor operation whilst driving commercial performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
