Operations Manager Liverpool (UK-Wide Travel Required) Full Time £45,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm, with additional hours potentially required at the COO s discretionWith over 20 offices and depots across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe, our client is a market-leading manufacturer, supplier and installer of temporary fencing, site hoarding and barriers.The company manufactures more than 1.6 million units every year and leads the industry in innovation and sustainability, supplying solutions to a wide range of sectors, from construction to security.The RoleThe Operations Manager will oversee and manage the northern depots, monitoring inventory levels and external customer orders to ensure delivery schedules are met. Based in Liverpool, the role requires travel across the UK.The role involves managing day-to-day relationships with northern depots, external customers, Company Installations and Sales teams, while controlling costs, rationalising inventory and improving factory stockholding methods and systems.Key Responsibilities Create and implement best practices to improve business performanceDevelop and manage stock systems and schedules within the departmentEnsure customer delivery requirements are met on time and within agreed quality and cost expectationsWork closely with the Head of Production to maintain adequate stock levels and minimise out-of-stock situationsDrive key performance indicators throughout the operationMonitor ..... full job details .....
