Location: Ipswich areaSalary: 55,000- 60,000 Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead a large-scale, 24/7 operation within a fast-paced environment. With responsibility for Operations and managing a Team of 500+ is a high-impact role requiring a natural leader who can navigate complexity, drive change, and deliver operational excellence.
