The Role
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the business, ensuring exceptional standards across all areas.
This is a highly varied role where no two days are the same. You will lead by example, support departmental teams, address operational challenges, and ensure guests andandnbsp;members receive an outstanding experience.
Success in this role will require someone who can think on their feet, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and maintain a calm and professional approach at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operation of the site
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage, coach and develop operational teams
- Maintain high standards across all areas of the business
- Resolve operational issues effectively and efficiently
- Support the delivery of business objectives and service excellence
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and company procedures
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
About You
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, Duty Manager or similar leadership position
- A hotel background would be highly desirable, although applicants from other hospitality sectors will also be considered
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially aware with a proactive and flexible approach
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Confident making decisions and thinking on your feet
