Operations Manager - Bedford

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple high-value high-rise residential projects across the social housing sector. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving operational performance, project delivery, safety, quality and commercial outcomes across a significant regional portfolio. Description Lead the operational delivery of multiple high-rise residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. Manage and support Project Managers, Contracts Managers and site-based teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Drive programme performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Maintain strong relationships with housing associations, local authorities, consultants and subcontractors. Oversee resource planning and allocation across multiple projects.
