As an Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of Disrepair Works and maintenance services within social housing, ensuring operational performance, resident satisfaction and contractual KPIs are consistently achieved. You will play a key leadership role across the contract, driving quality, compliance and service excellence while supporting the performance and development of operational teams. What You''ll Deliver Lead the delivery of Disrepair and maintenance services, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to agreed standards. Build strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor operational performance, including WIP, aged jobs, follow-ons and appointment management. Ensure contractual KPIs, compliance standards and service delivery expectations are consistently achieved.
