MandE Manager / Operations Manager An established building services contractor is looking for an experienced MandE Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial projects across the Central Belt. This is a key role managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of allocated MandE projects from mobilisation through to completionAct as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholdersLead project teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth deliveryEnsure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budgetProduce and manage MandE programmes, commissioning schedules, and project plansManage procurement and ensure materials are delivered in line with project requirementsResolve technical queries and coordinate with design teams to ensure project complianceMonitor project progress, commercial performance, valuations, and forecastsManage change control and support the commercial team with cost recoveryAttend project meetings and maintain strong communication across all interfacesEnsure quality procedures, commissioning, OandM manuals, and client handover/training are completed to a high standardBuild and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat businessEssential ExperienceProven experience delivering commercial MandE projects from 100k to ..... full job details .....
