About the Role The Operations Manager will lead operations across the entire factory, working cross-functionally with quality, safety, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of top-quality products. You will have a Shift Manager as a direct report and you''ll be hands-on in driving continuous improvement, managing risk assessments, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
