The role of an Operations Manager is a key leadership position within a complex industrial environment, offering the opportunity to oversee site operations, develop a strong safety culture and drive improvements across plant performance, environmental compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities of the Operations Manager Lead and develop operational teams, promoting positive behaviours, effective communication and a proactive health and safety culture across the site.
